If you have a solid fuel
fire (Coal, wood burner) we recommend to supply your hearth in no longer
than 600mm or 2ft in one piece, to allow for expansion.

We can cut Slate for hearths, shelves, mantles and sawn walling as shown in the image. Also backing panels with cut outs, in fine rubbed (smooth matt) or riven (natural textured) the choice is yours.
