By proceeding with your order for pallets, you are confirming that you have a large, level, hard surfaced area or a level street with access to accept a vehicle of similar size to the picture (large skip size). The delivery driver will offload your pallet behind the vehicle using a tail lift, and it is your responsibility thereafter.

Someone will have to be at the delivery address on the day of delivery between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

If this is not available at your address, please contact us, as failed deliveries will incur additional costs.

We will contact you to arrange a convenient day for delivery, before we dispatch the order.
